Position Summary: Business Development Associate – Dammam (Female Preferred)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team in Dammam. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and service pitches.
  • Track industry trends and monitor competitor activity to identify potential growth areas.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular reports on performance metrics.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings to ensure continued satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within financial services or a related sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
