Job Title: Partner Relations Executive – Offshore

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM IST
• Saturday: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM IST (6 days working)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Commerce background preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of Sales / B2C Sales / Customer Relationship Management / Hardcore Sales
• Must have own Laptop, Wi-Fi, Android Phone, and Power Backup

Role Overview

The Partner Relations Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining referral partnerships with professionals and organizations working with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). The goal is to drive business inquiries through strong partner networks including wealth managers, real estate firms, family offices, and related businesses.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in partner relationship management/business development
• Understanding of UAE business setup processes
• Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Proactive, result-oriented, and strong problem-solving ability

Preferred:

• Experience in business setup services or related industries
• Knowledge of UAE business setup laws and regulations
• Remote work experience
