Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive with an Electrical or Electronics background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting clients on-field, promoting products/solutions, and driving revenue growth. This role requires extensive field travel; therefore, owning a bike is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, understand requirements, and present company products/solutions.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, referrals, and market research.
  • Provide technical explanations of products/services based on electrical/electronics knowledge.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and follow up for closures.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, visit logs, and market intelligence.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma / BE in Electrical or Electronics (mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (freshers with technical knowledge can also apply).
  • Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Good understanding of electrical/electronic products, systems, or industrial equipment.
  • Willingness for extensive field travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
