Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand our business. The BDE will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth by generating leads and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Present and promote company products or services
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance client solutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office

Qualifications

  • Minimum: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
