Duties

- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads.
- Negotiate contracts and proposals to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, and other CRM tools.
- Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques for lead generation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
