Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing services and enjoys converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research

Pitch digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Branding

Prepare and present customized proposals and presentations

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure

Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery

Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently

Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline updates in CRM tools

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in digital marketing or advertising

Good understanding of digital marketing services

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and Google Workspace/MS Office

Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
