Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through calling, communicating with potential clients, and closing deals to drive company revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
  • Follow up with interested prospects
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Keep accurate records of leads and sales activities
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales preferred
  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Punjabi preferred)
  • Confident and persuasive personality
  • Basic understanding of service-based business
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
  • Attractive commission structure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
