Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

- Find and research potential clients such as authors, entrepreneurs, and experts
- Reach out to them through calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc., to explain our services
- Check if leads are a good fit and book meetings with senior consultants
- Keep client details, follow-ups, and progress updated in CRM or internal tools
- Help the senior team by preparing basic client notes and background research
- Track outreach work and share weekly updates on scheduled meetings
- Stay aware of trends in publishing, ghostwriting, and author branding

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business or publishing

● 0–2 years of experience in business development, client coordination, or lead

generation

● Strong English verbal and written communication

● Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage follow-ups

● Comfortable using CRM tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
