Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Handle client inquiries and convert leads into sales
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Coordinate with technical teams for project execution
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Strong English communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of IT services (Web, App, Software, Digital Solutions)
  • Knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) is a plus
  • Self-motivated and target oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
