Business Development Executive (BDE)

1. Strategic Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Digital Prospecting (Data Mining): Proactively identify and extract potential B2B leads through systematic research across platforms including Google, LinkedIn, Zomato, and Instagram.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain high-value partnerships across corporate offices, religious and social institutions, educational entities, and healthcare organizations.
  • Growth Objectives: Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company’s expansion goals.
  • End-to-End Sales: Lead the development of customized proposals, negotiate contract terms, and secure long-term institutional partnerships.

2. Outreach & Persistence

  • Cold Calling & Communication: Initiate contact with key decision-makers through professional cold calling and introductory outreach.
  • Rigorous Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule via calls and digital channels to move prospects through the sales funnel and ensure no lead is left stagnant.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor and market analysis within the institutional sector to ensure our offerings remain competitive.

3. Operational Excellence & Reporting

  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and consistent service fulfillment.
  • Administrative Diligence: Maintain meticulous, real-time records of all client interactions, leads, and proposals using the designated CRM or Google Sheets or Excel basedon what is directed by the HOD/ Reporting Manager
  • Accountability: Ensure timely reporting and strict adherence to instructions provided by your reporting manager.
  • Events & Trials: Represent the brand at corporate/community events and participate in meetings, product trials, and tastings as required.

4. Professional Conduct & Workplace Ethics

  • Code of Conduct: We maintain a professional and respectful work environment. Insubordination or willful disregard for management instructions will not be tolerated.
  • Dress Code Policy: To uphold our brand’s professional image, Strictly Official Clothing is required from Monday to Friday.
  • Accepted: Business Casuals or Formals (Modest attire).
  • Prohibited: Baggy, torn, or sleeveless clothing will not be tolerated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
