Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork, Apollo.io, and Fiverr to generate high-quality leads, acquire new clients, and drive business growth through online platforms and outbound strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and acquire clients through Upwork, Fiverr, and Apollo.io
  • Bid on projects on Upwork and Fiverr with strong proposal-writing skills
  • Use Apollo.io for lead sourcing, email outreach, and pipeline building
  • Identify client requirements and pitch relevant services/solutions
  • Conduct cold emails, follow-ups, and client negotiations
  • Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain and update leads, proposals, and deal status in CRM tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
  • Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and competitor activity

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience with Upwork, Apollo.io, and Fiverr (mandatory)
  • Experience in lead generation, bidding, and client acquisition
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle independently
  • Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or online sales
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT services / SaaS / Digital Marketing / Web Development
  • Knowledge of email automation and outbound sales strategies
  • Understanding of international client handling
