Job Description – Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new
opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s products and
services. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to
convert prospects into long-term business partnerships. The ideal candidate will proactively explore
new markets, support revenue expansion, and contribute to the organization's competitive
positioning.
Key Responsibilities
 Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and
proactive outreach.
 Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
 Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations, communicating
eƯectively in English to articulate value propositions.
 Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored
solutions.
 Lead negotiations and close business deals that align with company objectives and revenue
targets.
 Maintain an updated and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and
documentation.
 Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
 Work closely with marketing and product teams to support lead-generation campaigns and
market expansion strategies.
 Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new
opportunities.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related
field.
 2 – 3 yeas proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar
client-facing role.
 Excellent communication skills in English.
 Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
 Proficiency in CRM systems, MS OƯice, and other sales productivity tools.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
