Business Development Executive/ Brand Executive– Aesthetic Skincare

Davis & Co. is seeking a dynamic and highly confident Business Development Executive / Brand Executive for its Aesthetic Skincare portfolio. The role requires a strong brand ambassador who can professionally engage with executive-level stakeholders, dermatologists, aesthetic professionals, and business partners at high-profile forums, brand awareness sessions, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Business Development

• Lead business development initiatives for aesthetic and skincare products.
• Research and identify new markets, trends, and potential clients through networking, events, and digital channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, acting as a key contact.

Brand Representation & Awareness

• Represent Davis & Co. at brand forums, awareness sessions, conferences, and professional gatherings.
• Deliver impactful product presentations and brand communications to executive and professional audiences.
• Strengthen brand positioning and visibility within the aesthetic skincare market.

Strategy & Coordination

• Develop and execute brand and business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, medical, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.

Reporting & Performance

• Achieve assigned business targets and brand KPIs.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market feedback, and brand performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Executive presence with a presentable, pleasant, and professional personality, capable of representing the brand at executive-level forums and events.
• Proven experience in BDE, Brand Management, or Key Account Management, mandatory in aesthetic, skincare, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, forums, and brand events.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and well-organized.
