Position Overview
We are seeking proactive and results-driven Business Development Executives to spearhead our new client acquisition efforts. This role is central to our growth strategy, focusing on strategic prospecting, lead qualification, and initiating valuable partnerships through outbound engagement. The ideal candidate is a resilient hunter who thrives on turning cold leads into committed clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outbound cold-calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities in the UK and US markets.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture a robust sales pipeline through persistent and professional follow-up.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our digital marketing services, effectively tailoring the message to prospect pain points and objectives.
  • Schedule and conduct initial discovery meetings with key decision-makers to assess client needs.
  • Collaborate with the solutions team to develop and present compelling, customized proposals.
  • Own the initial sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for calls, qualified leads, and closed revenue.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Intermediate / A-Levels or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or business development is highly preferred. Exceptional fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Fluent and professional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • A goal-oriented, resilient mindset with the capacity to work independently under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or IT services is a distinct advantage.
  • Shift Timings: Must be available for

UK (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM) Mon-Fri
US (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) Mon-Fri
