Business Development Executive (Freelance Platforms)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to generate leads, secure projects, and manage client accounts through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and bid on relevant projects across freelance platforms

Write tailored proposals and convert leads into clients

Manage platform profiles and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Communicate with clients, negotiate terms, and close deals

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery

Build long-term client relationships for repeat business

Requirements:

2–5+ years of experience on freelance platforms

Proven track record of winning projects

Strong proposal writing and communication skills

Self-driven with a target-oriented approach

KPIs:

Lead generation and conversion rate

Revenue from freelance platforms

Client retention

Salary:

Basic: PKR 25,000 – 40,000 (Depends upon Experience)

Commission: 5% – 10% on closed deals

Work Location: In person
