We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Representative / Business Development Executive to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and help expand our business portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build a strong career in the IT and technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate quality leads that result in successful sales.
• Conduct cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients.
• Present company services in a structured and professional manner.
• Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Maintain proper follow-up and client communication.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Intermediate with experience in sales, marketing, or call centers can apply.
• MBA, BBA, BS, BA, B.Com or equivalent degree holders preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits & Compensation:

• Fixed Basic Salary: Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 35,000
