Business Development Executive - Interior Fit out

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and corporate interior fit-out projects
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, consultants, contractors, and developers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, project managers, and developers
  • Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams
  • Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and bids
  • Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and contract closures
  • Track tenders and prequalification submissions
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports
  • Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at industry events and exhibitions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
