Business Development Executive - IT Services Sales

Wolfiz Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate sales for Web Applications and Mobile Applications. The ideal candidate will be an out-of-the-box thinker with proven experience in hunting and converting clients through multiple channels and coordinating with technical teams to close deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies for lead generation through LinkedIn, cold emailing, Upwork, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities from inbound and outbound leads.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders during pre-sales.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, presentations, proposals, and quotations in line with company procedures.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, demos, and virtual presentations.
  • Respond to RFQs (Requests for Quotations) and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to align client requirements with proposed solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in IT services sales or business development.
  • Experience selling Web Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS, or related IT services is preferred.
  • Experience dealing with international clients is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Confident, presentable, and effective in face-to-face and virtual meetings.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over phone, email, and video calls.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Lead Generation, Sales Navigator, and cold email automation.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Instantly.io, Dripify, Apollo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong networking skills and a professional attitude aligned with company values of Respect, Understanding, Creativity, and Professionalism.
