Business Development Executive (Lead Generation)

About the Role

AKS IT Global is hiring a motivated Business Development Executive to generate leads and build our sales pipeline for IT Services and Corporate Training (Local & International markets).

This is a target-driven outbound role focused on cold outreach, meeting booking, and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily cold outreach (Email, LinkedIn, Calls)
  • Identify SMEs and corporate clients
  • Book qualified decision-maker meetings
  • Maintain CRM and follow-up tracking
  • Support revenue target of PKR 200,000+ monthly

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Confident in cold outreach
  • Self-motivated & target-driven
  • Basic understanding of IT services (training provided)
  • 1+ year sales experience preferred

Compensation

  • PKR 40,000 fixed salary
  • 5% commission on closed revenue
