AI Marketers Hive (AIM Hive) is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Manager to help scale our AI-powered digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be confident in client communication, lead generation, deal closing, and growth strategy, with a strong understanding of performance marketing and AI-based solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a target-oriented environment and wants unlimited earning potential through performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and convert leads for digital marketing, AI performance marketing, software solutions, and AI tool development services
• Communicate with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
• Understand client business needs and recommend suitable AI-driven marketing solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Paid Ads, Creative, Web & Tech) to close deals efficiently
• Maintain and manage a structured pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Support proposal discussions, negotiations, and onboarding of new clients
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation
• (Digital marketing or agency experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Fluency in English & Urdu
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and AI-driven marketing models
• Confident client-handling and solution-selling mindset
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven personalityCompensation & Benefits
