About the Role
KUZA Ventures is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to expanding our client base and strengthening their market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist in creating and executing business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Support senior management in negotiations and closing deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
