Business Development Executive – Recruitment (Remote)

We are building a global engineering recruitment desk and are looking for a sales-driven recruitment consultant to help grow our international client base.

This role requires both recruitment experience and business development ability.

This is NOT a sourcing-only or HR role.

You will be responsible for winning recruitment clients internationally and managing the recruitment process end-to-end.

Our average placement fee ranges from £8,000–£10,000, creating strong commission opportunities.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who is confident in client acquisition and motivated by high earnings potential.

Responsibilities

• Generate new recruitment clients through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone)
• Conduct client discovery calls and understand hiring requirements
• Negotiate recruitment agreements and placement terms
• Manage recruitment processes from client brief to successful placement
• Source candidates using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients
• Coordinate interviews and manage offers
• Close placements and earn commission

Requirements

You MUST have:

• At least 1–2 years of recruitment or staffing experience
• Experience working on end-to-end recruitment processes
• Confidence speaking with international clients
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Motivation to earn commission through placements

Preferred:

• Experience in client acquisition or business development
• Experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles
• Experience working with international clients

If you are looking for a non-sales HR or sourcing-only role, this position is not suitable.

Compensation

Base Salary: 50,000 – 90,000 PKR per month

Commission: Uncapped commission per placement

Typical commission per deal: £1,000+

High performers can earn £2,000 – £5,000 per month depending on placements.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday
Approx. 12pm – 9pm Pakistan time (aligned with international markets)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
