Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven AM Sales to join our growing team in the shipping and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our services including freight forwarding, customs clearance, shipping, and logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers for shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics services
- Promote services including air freight, sea freight, land transport, and customs clearance
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in shipping, forwarding, customs clearance, or logistics
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding and shipping procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under sales targets
- Proficient in MS Office and email communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
