Our team supports clinics with appointment scheduling, medication refill coordination, document handling (fax/email), and administrative assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Sales Representative (CSR) with excellent English communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, generate sales opportunities, and maintain high service standards for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Engage with potential customers and convert leads into sales
• Provide accurate information about services and offerings
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or sales (CSR role preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a night shift (US hours)
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
