Business Development Executive (Upsell & Frontsell)

We’re Hiring: Upsell & Frontsell Executives (2 Positions)

Are you a people person who loves turning opportunities into results?

We are looking for two talented individuals to join our digital team:

• Upsell Executive – Focus on nurturing existing client relationships and growing accounts.
• Frontsell Executive – Focus on winning new clients and starting projects from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upsell or acquire clients for services like web & logo design, digital branding, and SEO
• Handle client emails, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally and promptly
• Maintain and update client information in CRM or tracking tools
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services
• Support the team in proposal preparation, client calls, and project coordination
• Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Key Requirements (Must-Have):

• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a digital or creative agency
• Proven ability to grow client accounts or acquire new clients
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy

Bonus (Preferred):

• Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking software
• Understanding of digital marketing trends in Pakistan
• Experience in client proposals and professional email communication
