MangoTech Solutions is looking for an experienced and passionate Upwork Specialist, we'd love to have you join our dynamic team in Karachi

• Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or freelancer in the software or web development space

• Solid understanding of development technologies such as front-end (HTML, CSS, JS), back-end (PHP, Node.js, etc.), and frameworks (React, Laravel, etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, proposal writing, and deal closure

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets

• Familiarity with Upwork algorithms, profile optimization, and advanced job filtering strategies is a strong plusJoin us and be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about design, development, and delivery.
