Business Development Executives- Printing Industry

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to develop and implement strategies for expanding market share, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Graphic Designing, Offset & Flex Printing, 3D Signboard & Giveaway industry. The role involves achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, coordinating with Production & Design departments to meet the client requirements and representing our company in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development
• Target new markets through cold calls, meetings and tele follow-ups
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their unique printing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, case studies, and client presentations.
• Technical & Product Knowledge
• Work with design & production teams to ensure that product specifications meet customer expectations.
• Arrange in-time printing quotations and convert the inquiries into orders
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Resolve customer complaints, quality issues, or discrepancies in orders in a timely manner.
• Create infrastructure to maintain updated client information and sales progress in excel or Microsoft word

Skills & Competencies:

• Extensive knowledge of printing techniques, and industry standards.
• An ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude with the working capacity to bear the pressure hours operations.
• Ability to build strong relationships and maintain long-term business partnerships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and the latest digital tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• (Technical qualification in Printing Technology is a must.)
• Experience: 5-7 years of sales/marketing experience in the printing or related industries in Pakistan.

We offer excellent career growth for the individuals with outstanding performance. Our Salary starts from 40,000 per month, including fuel allowance. Target based sales incentives will also be offered after successful completion of the probation period of 1 month, which can reach 70,000.
