Unity Films Pvt Ltd. is a well-established media production company based in Islamabad, delivering creative and impactful visual content across various platforms. We are expanding our Business Development team and currently hiring for the positions of Business Development Intern and Business Development Officer.

Job Description:
We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our team to support business expansion and client acquisition strategies. Experience with freelance platforms like Fiverr and Upwork is required for both positions.

1. Business Development Intern (Paid Internship)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
• Support in writing proposals and managing communication on Fiverr and Upwork
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Maintain client databases and assist in preparing reports
• Collaborate with the business team on strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Must be based in Islamabad or willing to work on-site
• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Marketing, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of Fiverr and Upwork
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Willingness to learn and contribute actively

Note: This is a paid internship.

2. Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Actively pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
• Manage and grow company profiles on Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelance platforms
• Draft proposals, communicate with clients, and close deals
• Maintain long-term client relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Prepare and present performance reports

Requirements:

• Must be based in Islamabad or willing to work on-site
• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Marketing, or a related field
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in business development
• Practical experience with Fiverr and Upwork is required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
