Business Development - Lead Generator

Working Hours: 7 PM to 4 AM
Job Type: Full Time On site

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and online bidding platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Clutch, and Good Firms to identify prospects, generate leads, and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Identify and bid on projects through Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer
  • Research potential clients and companies via Clutch and GoodFirms
  • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain records of leads, proposals, and sales activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience using Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Clutch, and GoodFirms
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent proposal writing and client handling abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Good understanding of B2B sales and online lead generation

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or software services sales
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and email outreach strategies
  • Understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously
