Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and online bidding platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Clutch, and Good Firms to identify prospects, generate leads, and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Identify and bid on projects through Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer
- Research potential clients and companies via Clutch and GoodFirms
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels
- Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience using Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Clutch, and GoodFirms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent proposal writing and client handling abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Good understanding of B2B sales and online lead generation
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or software services sales
- Knowledge of CRM tools and email outreach strategies
- Understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies
- Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously
