Job Title: Business Development Manager (Remote, Sales-Focused)

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone with a competitive spirit, excellent communication skills, and a desire to succeed in IT staffing sales. You’ll be trained on staffing industry best practices, sales strategies, and client management to quickly grow into a high-performing individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and engage new clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential accounts in IT, software, and technology industries.
  • Present staffing services to decision-makers and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure candidate delivery matches client expectations.
  • Negotiate contract terms, billing rates, and placement agreements.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales activity goals (calls, meetings, proposals).
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and account expansion.
  • Stay current with IT hiring trends and competitive staffing landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruiting (internships or entry-level roles welcome).
  • Strong interest in sales, IT staffing, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ATS tools is a plus.
