Business Development Manager

Pakistan

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to generate new leads and drive revenue. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging prospects through LinkedIn, Facebook, cold calling, and targeted email marketing. This is a hunter role perfect for someone motivated by a generous, uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, Facebook, cold calls, email).
  • Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Manage and track all activities and pipeline in our CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a lead generation or sales role.
  • Track record of successfully using LinkedIn, cold outreach, and email to secure business.
  • Self-motivated hunter with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a commission-driven environment.
