Job Description:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires strategic planning, execution of sales initiatives, and effective leadership to achieve revenue targets while ensuring long-term market presence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development and sales team.
  • Set clear performance goals and monitor team progress.
  • Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Market Growth & Expansion
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Develop strategies to enter new markets and expand the company’s footprint.
  • Build strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance business growth.
  • Customer Interactions & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent engagement and support.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align business growth initiatives.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare business forecasts, sales reports, and performance analyses.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine business development strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
