Job Title: Business Development Manager

Office Timing: 10 am to 7 pm

Working days: From Monday to Saturday

Salary: Based on experience and skills

Reporting to: CEO

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education and service sector.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, training institutes, corporate clients, and service partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and partnership agreements.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set by the management.

Marketing & Outreach

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote services and programs.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
  • Organize outreach activities such as seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and community events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Enhance brand visibility through PR, networking, and strategic collaborations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong engagement with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, clients, and key stakeholders.

Strategic Planning & Reporting

  • Develop quarterly and annual business development plans.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare progress reports for management.
  • Recommend improvements to optimize marketing and outreach strategies.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or outreach in the education/service sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and partnership targets.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
