Business Development Manager

Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth within the smart home automation market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and interior designers
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
  • Present and promote smart home automation solutions to potential clients
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions for client needs
  • Provide regular reports on market trends, sales forecasts, and business opportunities
  • Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in technology or home automation
  • Strong knowledge of smart home systems, IoT devices, and automation solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for technology and innovation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
