Kaizen Asset Management Services is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving growth across our service offerings in property management.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market dynamics and have a proven track record in business development within the real estate or property management sectors. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors, targeting potential clients and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities that align with the company's goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent Kaizen and generate leads.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and ensure all terms are met.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
- Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive decision making.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools.
- Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
