Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, clinics, hospitals, and insurance companies.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue across retail, wholesale, and online channels.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (DHA, MOHAP, DOH).
  • Prepare and present business performance and market analysis reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • UAE Driving License – Mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED35,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Required)
