Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and client relations within the construction or real estate industry, with the ability to identify opportunities, communicate effectively with clients, and close deals.

This is a key position that requires a results-driven professional who can bring in new business, manage relationships, and help grow our company’s client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial construction projects (retail, offices, restaurants, daycares, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and consultants
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals in line with company goals and profitability targets
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contract documentation in coordination with management
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to secure new contracts
  • Collaborate with the estimating and project management teams to ensure smooth project handovers
  • Track and report sales performance and market trends

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in construction or real estate)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of commercial construction processes is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for meetings and site visits
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
