Job Description:

• Develop and implement business growth strategies to enhance financial performance and market presence.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and industry trend analysis.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with gyms, hotels, wellness centers, and distributors.
• Lead client meetings, product presentations, and tailored solution proposals.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, partnerships, and collaborations to drive sales.
• Represent the company at fitness expos, trade shows, and industry events to promote brand visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to execute impactful promotional campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and client communications for reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the fitness industry or related business development roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Active, smart, and energetic personality with a passion for fitness and sales.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
