Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry to drive business growth, develop strategic client relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, market development, and contract negotiation within upstream, midstream, or downstream sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and technical/commercial bids
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential projects
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and procurement teams to ensure project feasibility
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
• Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and industry regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the Oil & Gas industry
• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas products, services, and project lifecycle
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Skills

• Experience dealing with EPC contractors, operators, and service companies
• Strong network within the Oil & Gas market
• Understanding of international Oil & Gas markets is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD400.000 - KD600.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuwait City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
