Position Overview:

OOP Technologies is looking for a professional and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive company growth by developing new business opportunities, managing the sales team, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate must have sound knowledge of digital services, particularly SEO and Web Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the business development and sales team efficiently.

Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with clients.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and successfully close deals.

Demonstrate strong product knowledge of SEO and Web Development services.

Generate new business through cold calling and lead generation (preferred).

Work in a target-driven environment and achieve assigned revenue goals.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
