Job Description: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients via social media and WhatsApp, converting leads, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients via social media and WhatsApp chats.
• Identify and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Address all queries raised on social media channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms.
• Experience in handling chats and engaging with clients via WhatsApp.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
