Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced "Business Development Manager" to support and expand our business development operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior leadership to define growth strategies, lead multiple teams, and establish strategic partnerships to achieve long-term growth. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to close high-value deals and position the company as a competitive force in the market.

Reporting to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory, driving revenue, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the development and execution of the business development strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and goals.

· Lead, mentor, and manage teams, including Lead Generation Executives, B2B Sales Executives, and Proposal Writers.

· Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.

· Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the business development function.

· Identify new growth opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.

· Implement initiatives to expand the client base and position the company as a leader in AI and web development.

· Optimize business development processes for efficiency and scalability.

· Take ownership of closing high-value deals, including contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and project timelines.

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

· Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

· Develop sales initiatives and growth strategies based on data-driven insights.

· Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

· Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive repeat business.

· Provide regular reports to senior leadership, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and strategic insights.

· Analyze business development performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

· At least 6+ years of experience in business development, with 3+ years in a leadership role within a software or technology company.

· Demonstrated success in driving business growth, closing high-value deals, and expanding market share.

· Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing business development teams.

· Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align business development activities with company goals.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing complex sales cycles.

· Experience managing international clients and navigating global markets.

· Proficiency in analyzing KPIs, market data, and business performance metrics.
