About the Role

Focus Power Security Services LLC and Focus Gold Technical Services LLC are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, expanding market presence, securing new contracts, and building long-term client relationships across the security services, manpower supply, technical services, and facilities management sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong UAE market experience and an established client network to contribute to the expansion of two rapidly growing companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the UAE market.
  • Promote company services including:
  • Security Guard Services
  • CCTV Monitoring & Access Control Solutions
  • Lifeguard & Concierge Services
  • Manpower Supply Services
  • Electrical, Plumbing & Civil Maintenance Services
  • Facilities Management & Technical Support Services
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, market research, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, contractors, developers, hotels, malls, industrial facilities, and government entities.
  • Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and contract opportunities within the UAE market.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, prequalification documents, pricing submissions, and commercial offers.
  • Conduct professional presentations and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award and client handover.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, HR, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth project mobilization and service delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to support contract renewals, retention, and additional business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
  • Represent the companies professionally at meetings, networking events, and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in business development, sales, or account management within:
  • Manpower Supply
  • With Driving License
  • Facilities Management
  • Technical Services
  • Related Industries
  • Proven experience in securing:
  • Security Guard Contracts
  • Manpower Supply Agreements
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
  • Technical Service Projects
  • Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and tendering procedures.
  • Existing client database and strong professional network within the UAE market is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value contracts.
  • Knowledge of SIRA regulations and security industry requirements is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify market opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
