We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales and hands-on expertise with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) to drive our global client acquisition and revenue growth.

Salary Model (Flexible Options)

• Salary Only: PKR 200,000 – 300,000 (Target-based)
• Salary + Commission: PKR 50,000 Basic + 20% Commission
• Commission Only: Up to 30% (tier-based)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead B2B sales initiatives to acquire and retain corporate clients
• Manage and scale business opportunities on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms
• Build strong client relationships and close high-value deals
• Identify growth opportunities, develop proposals, and pitch solutions
• Meet sales targets and contribute directly to company revenue

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or freelance platform management
• Strong understanding of Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing ecosystems
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
• Target-driven, ambitious, and highly motivated to grow revenue
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work the night shift (6 PM – 2 AM)
