Business Development Manager – B2B & International Partnerships

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Commissions & Performance Bonuses

Kompass Immigration & Education (est. 2013) is a leading overseas education and immigration consultancy with offices in India, UAE, and Australia. We partner with universities, training providers, and immigration consultants worldwide, helping students and professionals achieve their global goals.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead our B2B alliances, international tie-ups, and training partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop partnerships with immigration consultants, study abroad agents, coaching institutes, language trainers, and travel companies.
  • Drive outsourcing collaborations where Kompass manages training/visa processes while partners handle clients.
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, and networking events.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals & presentations to potential partners.
  • Manage and update CRM systems for tracking pipelines and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner success.
  • Explore domestic & international markets for growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates who bring stability, experience, and a proven sales record:

  • Minimum 3–5 years in B2B Sales, Alliances, or Business Development (immigration, education, training, or travel background preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills
  • Proficient in LinkedIn outreach, CRM, and email campaigns
  • Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with domestic/international travel
  • Excellent spoken & written English; additional languages are a plus
  • Candidates looking for long-term career growth preferred
