Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in the building materials/real estate industry to drive sales and expand our market presence in Agartala and the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and dealers, along with experience handling private and government projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Dealers.
• Expand dealer and distributor network across assigned territories in Assam and Northeast.
• Identify and pursue private and government projects.
• Conduct territory mapping (segment-wise, application-wise, potential-wise).
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in Building Materials industry (plywood, laminates, tiles, hardware, paints, etc.).
• Strong network with architects, contractors, distributors, and channel partners in Northeast region.
• Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with consistent track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
