Job Description:

Prime Growth Academy is looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to handle outbound sales for online courses and actively build college collaborations and partnerships.

This role requires a mix of inside sales (calling & follow-ups) and field activity (visiting colleges, institutes, and academic partners).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to promote and enroll students in online courses
• Pitch programs clearly and close enrollments
• Visit colleges, universities, and institutes to explore collaboration opportunities
• Build relationships with placement cells, training & development heads, and faculty coordinators
• Present Prime Growth Academy’s programs for workshops, internships, and certification tie-ups
• Identify partnership opportunities for bulk enrollments
• Maintain follow-ups with academic partners and convert them into long-term collaborations
• Track sales and partnership activity using CRM or reporting tools
• Achieve assigned sales and collaboration targets

Requirements:

• Experience in outbound sales / EdTech sales / institutional sales preferred
• Willingness to travel locally for college meetings and presentations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident presenter and negotiator
• Target-driven mind-set
