Role Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves market research, lead generation, client presentations, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop effective strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage long-term accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead-generation platforms.

Pay: ₹13,169.97 - ₹49,616.96 per month
