Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within
the call center or BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of the call center industry, including services, technologies, and
market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a
team.
- Experience with lead generation and sales processes.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
