We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with prior experience in therenewable energy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with leadersacross diverse manufacturing and industrial sectors, building strategic relationships, andidentifying new market opportunities to expand Renevik’s footprint.Key Responsibilities● Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar EPC, captive/group captive,and PPA models.● Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and CXOs acrossmanufacturing and industrial sectors.● Conduct market research to map potential customers, competitors, and emergingopportunities in renewable energy.● Drive lead generation, client meetings, proposals, and contract closures to achievebusiness growth targets.● Collaborate with internal technical and project execution teams to ensure seamlessclient onboarding and delivery.● Represent Renevik at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms.● Track policy developments and incentives in renewable energy and translate them intobusiness opportunities.Requirements● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.● Minimum 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or key accountmanagement within the renewable energy/solar industry.● Strong network within manufacturing and industrial sectors.● Proven track record of achieving revenue and market expansion goals.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.● Ability to work independently with a strategic and growth-oriented mindset.● Willingness to travel frequently for client and industry engagements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
